Paintball is the worlds new outdoor participation sport. A combination of "Capture the Flag", "Hide & Seek" and "Tag", but more fun! Players are divided into two teams. The object of the game is to capture the other team's flag while protecting your own.

Paintballs are non-toxic gelatin capsules filled with washable color fluid. When paintball tags a player, the thin gelatin ball splits, leaving a "paint" mark to signify the elimination. Safety equipment, including full-face paintball goggles are provided to insure a safe and fun day for all. Camo is reccomended or a suit such as a camo ghillie suit when playing woods ball.

Paintball is played by people of all ages (10 and up) and from all professions and lifestyles. Women stand on equal footing with men. Physical size and strength do not play a star factor. It is one's ability to to think that helps make a star.
